For those of you who are new to climbing here is what you might expect at a typical practice.
From 4:30 to 4:45 we warm up with light climbing and stretching.  At 4:45 we will come together and go over what we are going to be doing for practice that day.  We could be working on technique, endurance, power and strength, and mental toughness.  
These are just a few of the things we might work on.  We also divide our time between roped climbing and bouldering.  We will also have about 30 minutes where the children are working on their own projects.
